100% we call this coin a GEM XF!
The surfaces do have tiny ticks-but they re only visible when using a strong glass. To the naked eye the surfaces look clean. A surprisingly strong luster beams from all over. There are clear traces of semi prooflike mirrors surrounding the devices. Both sides are an original GEM orange gold color. There re NO spots or discolorations. All wear is light. The details re well struck. The eye appeal is fabulous!
PCGS 61, NGC 35, CAC 5. There are NO auction record of ANY PCGS CAC pieces ever selling. A NON CAC PCGS piece brought $3,480.00 04/2019. This certainly is not a coin you see offered with any frequency.
