Light two tone yellow orange gold colors can be detected clearly using a strong glass. There are NO major problems on either side. Only some lines and minor wear can be seen with a glass. The surfaces are lustrous. Miss Liberty and the details are well struck. This coin clearly is a true slider. It looks great!
Just 12,958 were minted. PCGS 13, NGC 32. PCGS has graded only 3 coins higher. NGC has graded just 5. The last 83CC in PCGS AU to appear in major auction sold for $12,075.00 in 04/08 B+M. This coin will make a welcome addition to any choice AU set.
