$5 1898 PCGS PR65 DCAMEO

WOW,WOW,WOW! What an amazing GEM Proof $5 this is ! Housed in an older blue tag holder, there is not question this coin is VERY high end! Deep and intensely glittering mirrors beam from all over. Only if you use a really strong glass you can see some MINOR issues with the planchet. Just a few very faint lines can be seen (note: ALL are hidden). The contrast is bold. Both sides are  deeper totally original gold/pale orange gold color. There are NO spots or discolorations anywhere. Miss Liberty and the details are needle sharp in strike and are covered by a gorgeous thick frosting. The eye appeal is phenomenal! ONLY 75 were minted. PCGS 3, NGC 3, CAC 1. This is an extremely rare date. The PCGS pops in PR66 is 2 and in 67, 3. It is critical to note: NO PCGS CAC piece have been sold in auction for any PR65-66. In fact the last PCGS 1898 PR65DC (no cac) sold in 2012 for $31,050.00. Of course this coin grew in value. We always pay strong for truly great and rare coins like this (and we DID try it for a PR65+ DC). You can not go find another! Proof gold still is and will be forever-the caviar of numismatics!
