Not as common of date as you might think! We were shocked to see the last PCGS piece (non CAC of course) sold in auction back in 2002! WOW!
The quality of this SUPERB GEM is all there and then some. Super clean surfaces are also satiny in texture. There is a teenie thick on the face-but you do need a glass to see it. A strong luster brings out the beauty of the ORIGINAL deep gold colored surfaces. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and stand out. The eye appeal is excellent!
PCGS 12, NGC 105, CAC 6. PCGS has graded only ONE MS67. Like we said before, amazingly there have been NO 1899 $5 PCGS MS66 pieces auctioned since 2002! ANY MS66 CAC piece is BID at $5,750.00. Opportunity knocks loud here!
