A true GEM in every respect! Remember, this is still a 114 year old coin.
Overall, the surfaces are clean and have thick satiny texture. A few super light frost breaks and lines are visible when using a strong glass. A strong luster illuminates the surfaces. Both sides are a gorgeous totally original deep gold color. There are NO spots or discolorations. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck. The eye appeal is wonderful!
PCGS 52, NGC 38, CAC 13. This is not your typical commoner post 1900 date (an 01S is w/341 graded). The last example PCGS CAC to sell in auction brought $2,160.00 04/2018.
