Finding any $5 Indian is super fresh and choice condition is hard, let alone to find a borderline MS65! This coin is HIGH END and has life!
Both sides are clean and smooth to the naked eye. Only with a strong glass can see MINOR lines and few teenie weenie scattered ticks (very few to be accurate). A super strong luster booms from all over. The color is a totally ORIGINAL gold. There are NO spots or stains. ALL of the details are frosty and have sharp strikes. The eye appeal is terrific!
PCGS 12, NGC 9, CAC 24 (ALL). The last one of these to sell in major auction brought $4,887.50 11/11 Heritage. Prior to that 2 coins brought $5,450.00. Regardless, these are very hard to come by.
