50C 1862 PCGS PR64

$2,675.00

This is a terrific and HIGH END example of a great Civil War era date. Delicious mirrors are super deep and bloom from all over. The mirrors have bold clarity and are highly reflective. You can’t beat their cleanliness too. When you twirl the coin, the mirrors are rolling flash. Both sides enjoy a light original plum/pale purple colors (NOT haze). We do NOT believe this coin was ever dipped or messed with.  Miss Liberty and every detail are needle sharp in strike and are thickly frosted. The eye appeal is beautiful! ONLY 551 were minted. PCGS 51, NGC 61, CAC 12 (only 4 higher are beaned). It is our STRONG opinion coins like this are too cheap. Here you have a Civil War era 156 year old coin, a smaller mintage, not anywhere near a 100% survival rate (all grades), and a coin that is not only beautiful buy is a great condition.  Good luck finding any of the higher grades with just 4 beaned. Opportunity knocks loud here. WE HAVE POSTED THIS COIN AT OUR BEST PRICE
