Hard to improve upon! This coin is all there and then some!
After searching all over over with a strong glass, all we could find was a light line on the face that keeps this coin from a higher grade. Overall, it is remarkably clean. The mirrors are crystal clear and have powerful “watery” yet ice like killer reflectivity. Miss Liberty and the details are frosted and have full strikes. The eye appeal is totally wonderful!
ONLY 650 pieces were minted. PCGS 14, NGC 8, CAC 4. PCGS has graded 8 higher, CAC only 3. We do NOT believe the pops are correct. The last 1909 PCGS PR66 CAMEO (NON CAC of course) sold back in 2006! Then it realized $3,565.00 Goldbergs. Thats FIVE long years with no representatives at auction. Since then just about every major rarity has appeared.
We can not stress enough what a superb opportunity this coin actually represents.
