This is a date that does come nice. So for a MS67, you know the coin will be all there and then some. We think it deserves a +, obviously PCGS does not. Oh well, its still one heck of a Walker!
Silky smooth and super clean surfaces are a delight to see. Even the dreaded right obverse field is exceedingly clean. Both sides have a bold luster. Some pale gold is sprinkled about but the coin which is mostly an ORIGINAL creamy white. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have strong strikes. The eye appeal is exceptional!
PCGS 39, NGC 17 CAC 9. The last PCGS/CAC piece to sell in major auction brought $6,462.00 08/2017. We do not exaggerate when we tell you this is one heck of a SUPERB GEM 37S Walker! This coin would make a wonderful addition to any top notch MS67 set.
