50C 1946S PCGS MS66

McCLAREN COLLECTION. Not your typical 46S. The quality is VERY HIGH END. Plus, there is a really neat thin band of color by the rims.

To start, the surfaces are sleek, smooth, and have amazing cleanliness. Even the dreaded right field is clean. A full booming luster also shows off a really neat small thin crescent/line of plum/navy colors that frame the rims on both sides. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and are well struck. The eye appeal is terrific!

NOTE: this is NOT a WILD colored coin. It is a beautiful peripherial colored coin.

PCGS 1315, NGC 1150, CAC 50. These are impossible to locate in MS67 (even though PCGS has graded 20 pieces). We haven’t seen many with this kind of pretty color in MS65 or 66 (in the McClaren deal). .
