Even though PCGS did not, we grade this coin PR67+! Great HIGH END coin! Deep and glittering mirrors beam intensely from all over. The mirrors have tremendous clarity and are ultra clean. When you twirl the coin, the mirrors have a watery roll to them. Not a bit of haze can be found. Evert detail is fully struck and have thick frost. The contrast is super strong.
