This piece is magnificent. It has been carefully saved while Mother Nature helped create a stunning eye appeal. Both sides have even full Matte texture. Using a strong glass and really giving this coin a hard look produces NO imperfections of ANY kind, ANY where. The luster is supringly bold. The obverse has stunning original pastel colors of lilac/gold/faint pearl green that swirl in a circular fashion. The reverse is more subdued but has the same colors (it was probably laying on felt). All of the details are razor sharp in strike and do standout. The eye appeal is jaw dropping!
PCGS 51, NGC 36, CAC 18. We paid a strong premium for this coin due to the super high end quality and the killer colors.
