Having just handled a bunch of high grade GEM Buffaloes, we see the popularity in the series and we see how they do not come–really nice! So when we saw this perfect coin, we had to own it!
Using a neutron microscope, you will find NO imperfections anywhere. The surfaces are almost matte like and are totally ORIGINAL. A strong luster shows off nickel surfaces that have a blush of faint gold. ALL of the details are exceptionally struck and do stand out. The eye appeal is amazing-just like the coins quality!
PCGS 48, NGC 16, CAC 8. Prior to this coin, the last one that sold in major public auction brought $6,325.00 10/2011 Heritage. Do not be fooled by the pops, nice examples hardly ever appear!
