G $1 1854 PCGS MS65+

This coin was pure love at first sight!  This is a totally SUPERB and VERY high end GEM for sure. We think only a few light (and we mean light) frost breaks keeps this coin from being an MS66.

Overall, the surfaces are satiny smooth and are extremely clean. You can see some die clashing (Mint made)  on the reverse. A solid strong luster beams from all over. Both sides are a delightful slightly deeper (and totally original) yellow gold color. Miss Liberty and the details are all fully struck. The eye appeal is wonderful!

PCGS 49, NGC 22, CAC 20. PCGS has graded only 6 in MS65+. The last PCGS CAC piece to sell in auction brought $34,075.00 06/2019 (NOT this coin). As you can see, these are NOT common in ANY way-when is the last time you saw one offered?  With gold prices growing stronger daily, this coin seems to be a really good value at our selling price.  Opportunity knocks loud here!
