G $1 1859 PCGS MS66

This is a full GEM HIGH END coin!

Using a strong glass we could only find one microscopic hidden tick that keeps this coin from a higher grade. The surfaces are a thick satiny texture. The reverse was struck from crusty dies. There is a deep glowing luster all over. Both sides are a GEM original gold/pale orange gold/pale greenish gold color. There are NO spots or discolorations. Miss Liberty and the details are exceptionally frosty and are well struck. The eye appeal is wonderful!

PCGS 8, NGC 5, CAC 7. The last PCGS CAC example to sell in auction brought $5,462.00 way back in 2011. 2011? hard to believe NO PCGS CAC coin has been sold in auction in the last 10 years!
