G $1 1872 PCGS MS63

Here is a date and grade you hardly ever see offered. This piece is VERY high end too!

Silky smooth surfaces are both well mirrored+lustrous and have no issues other than a few light lines you can only see with a strong glass. There is NO haze, just ORIGINAL “skin”. Both sides are an ORIGINAL beautiful deep yellow gold. Miss Liberty and the details are exceptionally struck and do have light frost. The eye appeal is great!

PCGS 14, NGC 6, CAC 1. PCGS has certified ONLY 87 in ALL grades. Get this, the last time ANY PCGS MS63 was auction: was back in 1999! Even then the coin realized $2,530.00 B+M. We can not stress enough how rare and UNDERvalued this date is.
