G $1 1881 PCGS MS68

This is nothing less them a phenomenal SUPERB GEM! Legend has not owned one of these in 2 years! Dramatic semi prooflike mirrors beam from all over. The mirrors are the epitome of perfection, clarity, and are intensely reflective. The surfaces do give off a satiny texture. A phenomenal mix of totally original colors of deeper gold/light yellow gold/soft orange gold swirl together all over. If you twirl the coin, it looks like a a glowing gold medal.  There are NO spots or discolorations anywhere. Miss Liberty and the details are thickly frosted and are needle sharp in strike. We always marvel how a coin this small can stay in such a remarkable state of preservation for over 136 years. The eye appeal is phenomenal! PCGS 40, NGC 31, CAC 25.
