This coin is so intense you can see it from a mile away! For sure it is everything a 67+ should be.
Incredible deep mirrors beam so intensely you should use a pair of sun glasses when viewing this over the top SUPERB GEM. Even searching the surfaces with a strong glass reveals NOTHING. When you twirl the coin, the mirrors do offer a “watery” look. The contrast is as deep as you will find. Both sides are a fiery gold color. There are NO spots or discolorations. Miss Liberty and the details are needle sharp in strike and have thick frost. The eye appeal will make your jaws drop and lock!
PCGS 2, NGC 7, CAC 6. PCGS has graded 3 in PR67+ DC. The last one to sell in auction brought $37,013.00 01/2017. We should note: a NGC PR67 (NO +, NO CAC) brought $25,200.00 in 05/2019. There are only a handful of SUPERB GEM pieces that have been certified in the 30+ years PCGS has been in operation.
This will make an awesome Type or Date coin for any G $1 Proof set. Maybe even put this in a box of 20?
