Ex Norwb-however not pedigreed on the holder. Prior to certification, this coin would have been sold a Proof. It certainly looks like one! This coin was listed in the Norweb catalog as a PR 63.

Fully deep, crystal clear, clean, and highly reflective mirrors certainly mimic any you would see on a proof coin. Both sides are a gorgeous even chocolate brown/pale blue color. Only under a glass can you see a few lines and that this coin clearly is MS. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have exceptional strikes. The eye appeal will blow you away! This is NOT a dipped out or messed with piece. The mirrors are totally legit. proof quality.

In regular MS65BN the pops are : PCGS 19, NGC 33. As far as we can tell, this is the ONLY PL graded. In 07/08 Stacks a regular NGC MS65BN sold for $5,175.00. An FYI: in 07 a PCGS PR63BN sold in auction for $5,750.00.
