Superb mirrors are the ultimate in perfection. They are also crystal clear, have good depth, and are surprisingly reflective. This coin looks like it was freshly sculpted from a freshly made bar of chocolate. Both sides have pale reddish gold/even chocolate colors. There are NO spots or stains. Miss Liberty and the details are needle sharp in strike and do have light frost. The eye appeal is absolutely sensational!

ONLY 27 were ever minted. That’s just 3 more than a 94S 10C. Plus, think of how much ANY other Proof 1842 coin would cost you-a coin like this is a relative bargain! PCGS 1, NGC 0, CAC 1.
