This is a small coin with BIG coin charm. The quality is VERY HIGH END!
Deep mirrors beam so boldly all over we recommend wearing Ray Bans when viewing! The mirrors are the ultimate in clarity and cleanliness. When you twirl the coin, besides being nearly blinded, the mirrors look like a freshly formed sheet of ice glistening in the sun. The reverse has a little toning by the rims. The contrast is intense. Miss Liberty and the details are thickly frosted and are fully struck. The eye appeal is amazing!
960 minted. PCGS 3, NGC 7, CAC 6 (most likely regrades). The last PCGS CAC piece to sell in auction brought $3,840.00. The current PCGS CAC Value is $3,750.00. We think this coin is ridiculously cheap. The series is obsolete, it is HIGH END and a Killer coin, it is only a pop 3, and its 149 years old! Why is it not worth $5,000.00? We think time will fix that. Opportunity knocks so loud here!
