This is an R-6 which means 13-20 possibly were minted.
The eye appeal and quality of this piece are VERY high end. The surfaces have no imperfections visible. The mirrors are crisp, clear, and flashy. There is no toning or eye sore spots. Miss Liberty and the details are needle sharp in strike and have light frost. We really do not see any reason why this coin could not be graded PR67. It is very refreshing! PCGS 7, NGC 3. Only NGC has one higher.
