J- 621 3CN 1868 PCGS PR64CAMEO DENALI COLLECTION

$4,950.00

This is a R-7 (7-12 minted). it is a trial piece struck in aluminum and made from regular dies.

The planchet is slightly imperfect, but to the naked eye it appears smooth. Both sides actually do have clear and deep mirrors. The reflectiveness of the mirrors is bold. A light layer of original toning is evenly spread about. Miss Liberty and the details are thickly frosted and have sharp strikes. The eye appeal is excellent!

PCGS 1, NGC 0, CAC 1. The only auction record we could find for a J-621 was the Judd book stating a PR62 sold in 2007 for $2,530.00. We doubt there will be many other opportunities to buy other J-621’s-this is a rare coin!
