This is a R-7 (4-12 known). It is a trial piece struck from the regular dies. We see no reason why it is only graded a PR63.!
Extra strong mirrors are clean, clear, and have bold reflectivity. There are NO spots or discolorations. Both sides have a touch of golden brown/gold/blue/chocolate colors. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck. Again we see no reason why this coin is only a PR63 (that does not mean it will go up). The eye appeal is beautiful!
PCGS 2, NGC 0, CAC 1. There are NON finer listed on the pop report in BN. In RB only 2 coins have been graded, the finest being a PR65RB. Regardless, this is an extremely rare coin in ANY grade!
