This is an R-6 (13-30 minted). It is a Standard Silver Dime Pattern. The quality is fabulous!
Absolutely perfect surfaces have superior deep, clear, and highly reflective mirrors. Even using a strong glass, all you can see are raised lines from die polishing. There are NO spots or stains. A marvelous mix of blue (around the rims) mixes with pale violet/purple. Miss Liberty and the details are needle sharp in strike and do display thick frost. Like the quality, the eye appeal is fabulous!
PCGS 1, NGC 0, CAC 1. This is the FINEST coin PCGS has graded (the only coin better is an NGC in the Simpson Collection). There are NO auction records for any PCGS PR66 ever selling. The Judd book does not go to PR 66. In PR 65 it values these at $3,200.00. We have valued this the same price we would value a PR66 of the REGULAR issue.
