In AU terms, thus coin is a solid MS65. There simply are NO problems.
Strong semi-prooflike surfaces are more typical for the date as they do have some tiny ticks scattered about. NONE are serious. A strong luster also enhances the totally original deeper gold colors. There are NO spots or discolorations on the high points. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck. The eye appeal is fantastic!
PCGS 16, NGC 22, CAC 5. The last 1860 AU55 to sell in auction was a NON CAC piece. It brought only $2,820.00 in 04/2014 (which actually shows the strength of the date).
