VERY HIGH END with out any doubt! Excellent surfaces are all over. Only with a strong glass can you find any light ticks or scuffs (which are few). The texture is satiny. A glowing luster beams from all over.Both sides are evenly bathed in a beautiful yellow gold/pale orange coloration. There are NO spots or discolorations. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and are sharply struck. The eye appeal is terrific! PCGS 51, NGC 58, CAC 19.
