$5 1800 PCGS XF45

This is a full GEM XF. Of course we will always buy them when they are of full quality and look this good! For a 217 year old coin, the surfaces are wonderful. They do appear smooth with just a few super tiny and scattered ticks can be found. No question this coin never been messed with. a slight luster makes the beautiful two tone deeper gold/pale reddish gold colors stand out. There are no spots or discolorations (that is toning in the Y of Liberty). Miss Liberty and the details are very well struck with the wear being minor. The eye appeal is super nice! PCGS 38, NGC 10, CAC 5. The ONLY record of a CAC piece ever selling in auction was for a NGC coin which realized $8,225.00 02/2015. Do NOT let the pops fool you. These are VERY difficult to find unmolested. We would buy every single piece that looks and is as good as this one (alas, we doubt more then one or two even exist)!
