An amazing near miss cameo that has heart pounding original colors. Very high end quality.
Sensational glittering mirrors beam from all over. They have bold clarity, cleanliness, and are show an intense reflection. Only one/two tiny scattered lines keep this coin from a PR66 designation. A phenomenal ring of electric royal blue/violet/reddish gold frames the peripheries mightily on both sides. Miss Liberty and the details are frosted a light silver and are fully struck. The eye appeal is jaw dropping!
ONLY 450 were minted. PCGS14, NGC 25, CAC 3. PCGS has graded NO 1915’s in Cameo in ANY grade. The last PCGS CAC piece to sell in auction brought $3,290.00 10/2015 (this coin blows that one out of the water!). We rarely see this date so lively-especially with such a cool toning ring. Even in higher grades you can’t find pieces like this. Plus, its a great deal!
