5C 1937-D 3 LEGS PCGS MS66+ CAC

This magnificent piece is the FINEST 3 Legger EVER graded! After 30 years of operations, this is it. Obviously it is a more then impressive coin. Absolutely flawless surfaces are a joy to behold. Even if you use a strong glass and look for ever, you will only become more impressed by the cleanliness. A surprising strong luster shows off superb and totally original colors of nickel/gold/pale lilac all over. Every detail is sharp in strike. You can tell this coin was carefully stored since the day it left the bank. Unlike a few other 3 Leggers we have seen, this coin has extraordinary eye appeal! PCGS 8, NGC 20, CAC 6. Obviously, this is the ONLY MS66+ graded. There are NONE graded higher at PCGS. We feel strongly this should be a six figure coin. We purchased it out of our December Sale for $88,125.00 when no one hit the reserve. We were prepared to pay $100,000.00. This is the exact kind of coin the current market has forced to be “on sale”.
