We shake our heads in amazement here. This coin sure looks far better than an PR65 (NO promises). It has been off the market for at least a decade and is housed in an older blue tag holder. We rank the coin SUPER HIGH END!
All the lines are on the holder. Deep mirrors have both a bold reflection and strong clarity. When you twirl the coin, the mirrors do have a watery like roll. Moderate to deeper shades of totally original navy/magenta/violet/gold dance all over the coin. The contrast is strong. Miss Liberty and every detail are heavily frosted and are needle sharp in strike. The eye appeal is gorgeous!
Only 575 were minted. PCGS 13, NGC 10, CAC 4. This is far above any average coin. The current Collectors Universe value is $2,400.00. Even in higher grades, you may not find a coin as pretty!
