A WAVE IN AND OUT
This year activity seems a bit wavy. November and October the wave pulled in unusually stronger than expected. Today, we see the wave starting to go back out. We see the under belly coming through. With the waves going back out, we see strong activity returning to the market-rare for December. Notice it is happening just in time for the FUN show?
Our sales off the web site this month are seriously above and beyond a typical December. It’s just too bad finding coins for Want Lists is impossible. It did not take that much money to make the coin market severely dry up.
With this in mind, we say watch for FUN to be explosive. We think the activity will be strong enough to pop MOST of the market up by 10-20%. However, we feel that the “wave” will go back in within a week of the show as people digest their purchases. Then in February, the market will slowly make its way back to life.
Our advice to anyone building a nice set, PAY the price and buy the coin. In this market, when you blink, the coin is one, done, and of the market. You sure did not see many Bender coins recirculating. In many cases, the new amount you are paying establishes a new market price these days.
