You may have noticed that we haven’t posted any market reports over the past four to five weeks since returning from the ANA. There’s a reason for that.
Our president, Laura Sperber, has been sidelined by non-Hodgkin lymphoma, which was detected shortly after the ANA. The good news is that she is responding well to treatment, and her doctors have indicated that the disease is treatable and curable. It will likely be a few more weeks before she can return to her full-time schedule, which explains why you haven’t seen any recent market reports from us.
In the meantime, we can tell you that the market remains extremely strong. We’re not seeing any signs of a slowdown. Legend had a record-breaking September, and great coins remain difficult to find. When quality material does become available, it sells quickly. For now, it’s the same story we’ve been seeing for some time—and that’s a good thing!
