We went into the show with guarded expectations. We came home thrilled.
The CSNS was a great show. It was well managed and was problem free. Legend Numismatics had the BEST retail show in years-beating out the last few FUN and ANA shows! Talk about unexpected happenings, it was not just us either. Our “super secret” stealth seller did over $750,000.00-and as of this writing was still selling. That is all the more amazing as we felt his offerings were “weak” from our perspective. We do know, he did sell several five figure coins easily.
During our frequent walk around the bourse floor, we saw tons of collectors transacting throughout the floor. The show had one of the best attendance, both dealers and especially collectors, that we have seen in years. The CSNS show activities was totally refreshing for everyone.
Wholesale wise, we sold to every dealer we showed to on Tuesday. The flow of sales was active and the total made us happy right away. Even more amazing, and our seller friend said the same, there were very few counters. Dealers needed coins for sure. When the public came in, many stopped by and took stock as what was available. Then from Thursday afternoon on, we were hot sellers. Our final sale on Friday was for a solid five figure coin. Do know, Legend was pretty much the ONLY dealer on the floor with 99% of our coins being PCGS CAC. For sure, that helped our sales and traffic.
FINDING COINS IS HARD
This is why we are leaning heavily on buying from our customers. We need our “old friends” back! We need to buy nice coins! No one will pay more for their old friends than we will! Email or call us.
NEWPS
We have some seriously cool NEWPS. Look at the first group of Bust Halves. They are super fresh-a few having been away since 2016. More importantly, look at the color, eye appeal and qualities. WOW!
The next highlight:
$2.5 1860-S PCGS MS63 CAC.
There is only one finer which is locked away in a major set. This coin is a true rarity that is fresh to the market.

$5 1904 CACG MS 67. WOW! They are tough graders.
