ANA TIME IS HERE! 

For Legend, this past week was all about preparation for the show. Sales still were good. In fact, for both Coins of the Week (20C 1876 PCGS PR65 Cameo CAC and a $10 1901-O PCGS MS64 CAC) had MULTIPLE buyers. It’s nice when that happens. Better coins-even non gold better coins are still selling well.

We expect ANA to be well attended this year. Covid had changed rules and people are certainly up and around now. Last year the floor was pretty much empty. We do expect lots of trading to occur. Dealers will have some coins (we know we have lots of coins) to show for the first time in 2 years. We’d be shocked if anyone said they had less than a decent show.

Sorry everyone, this year Legend will not have any special displays. We’ll be a bland table-with some incredible coins to offer.

Of course, the ANA auctions are going to have the typical runaway bidding and prices. In the old days, it was just two collectors fighting over a coin. Today, w/the internet it can be dozens. Coins in auctions are only growing more expensive. There is a huge separation between what reality is on the bourse floor and in auctions. We will be working all weekend on our bids for the auctions. Our bids will NOT be cheap-but there are so many coins that could have moon money and beyond!
