We are such softies for 21D’s when they have this kind of look. Superb surfaces are super satiny, and are remarkably clean. Only with a strong glass you can see a few frost breaks and a tiny tick or two. Nothing is visually impairing. A bold luster really makes everything stand out. A gorgeous original band of blue/magenta/reddish gold frames the rims only and enhances the remainder of the surfaces which are an original creamy white. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck. The eye appeal is gorgeous! PCGS 425, NGC 283, CAC 200. The last one to sell brought $1,763.00 in a 02/2017 auction.
