We WHOLESALED a nice regular MS64 for $8,500.00 at the ANA Show just four months ago. This coin isn’t really priced at any super premium even though there actually is a large quality difference. In fact, this coin is SUPER HIGH END!
Overall, the surfaces are really immaculate and have a satiny texture. Even using a strong glass you will still be impressed there is nothing to see that will distract you. A full luster shows off the gorgeous, even, and totally original gold colors. There are NO spots or stains. Miss Liberty and the details are lightly frosty and have crisp full strikes. Her face is NOT hacked up like you typically see. The eye appeal is super!
PCGS 54, NGC 35, CAC 13. PCGS has graded only in MS64+. How is this for hard to find? The last PCGS CAC piece to sell in auction brought $10.575.00 08/2016. None selling for two years does indeed make a statement. A PCGS CAC MS65 would cost at least $20,000.00+-and NONE have ever been sold via auction. The price list values for a coin like this are all wrong (lack of trades for PCGS CAC coins). We know we do NOT see any at all (if we did, we would buy them)! If you are building a great $10 Indian set, here is a beauty!
