How can anyone not love this SUPERB GEM? It just oozes with originality.
Thick satiny surfaces are clean overall. When using a strong glass you can find a tiny scrape on the lower right obverse (it is not visible to the naked eye). A thick satiny like luster glows from all over. The majority of the coin is original silver/white. There is a small trace of reddish brown by the date. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and are well struck. The eye appeal is excellent!
PCGS 8, NGC 6, CAC 10 (obviously there is a regrade or two). The last PCGS CAC piece to sell in auction brought $2,703.00 05/2019. Prior to that one brought $2,760.00 in 2017. It is our strong opinion, this is a VERY UNDERVALUED date in this grade. Opportunity knocks so loud here!
