1839-D $5 Gold Liberty No Motto PCGS AU55 (CAC)

We are so tempted to put a NOT FOR SALE sign on this coin. OMG! IT IS A MONSTER!!!! We admit to resubmitting it for an AU58 designation. Its unquestionably a SUPER B GEM AU!

Only VERY light scattered ticks can be seen when using a strong glass. Nothing is big or stands out. The wear is light and even. There are actually faint traces of prooflike mirrors. The luster is insane for an 1839 anything! Both sides are a mind-blowing mix of yellow and electric orange gold colors. There are NO spots or discolorations. Miss Liberty and the details are extremely well struck and do stand out. The eye appeal is jaw dropping and is one you will NOT forget!
