How can you not LOVE a 174 year old near perfect coin? We marvel at everything about this coin. In our opinion its rank is VERY HIGH END!
Near perfect surfaces dominate. Only on the reverse are there a few HIDDEN frost breaks that can only be seen using a strong glass. The luster is moderate because of the toning. Totally original dove gray (but NOT DULL) toning blankets both sides. Miss Liberty and every detail do standout with crisp sharp strikes. The eye appeal is neat!
PCGS 3, NGC 1, CAC 5. PCGS has only graded 2 in MS67+ with NONE finer. There are no auction records for either coin ever selling. The Collectors universe is a shot in the dark value of only $15,000.00. Note: WE PAID MORE! As time goes one, the rarity and value of this piece will only stand out and grow even more.
