Strong mirrors beam well from all over. The mirrors have excellent clarity and cleanliness. Some light and totally original patches of pale olive/golden brown colors swirl over the silvery surfaces. This is NOT a dull or drab coin. All of the details are sharply struck and have thicker frost. The eye appeal is quite handsome!
ONLY 550 minted of this Civil War era date. The last CAC coin to sell in auction was an NGC CAC piece. It brought $1,110.00 1/2020. Teh current Collectors Universe value is $1,350.00. This coin has it all-quality, Civil War era, and obsolete!
