The good news is this coin is not hacked up. Sure there are light lines and a few scattered ticks, but there is nothing big. To the naked eye the coin looks very clean. A surprisngly strong luster shows off delightful pale gold colored surfaces. We believe this coin was never messed with. There are no stains or discolorations. The wear is all light and is even. Miss Liberty and the details have decent strike. The eye appeal is wonderful!
PCGS 8, NGC 4, CAC 3. Note CAC has only beaned 10 coins higher-none of which is MS (that says a lot about how this date comes. There has not been a PCGS CAC coin auctioned since 2017.
