1895 5C Nickel Liberty Head PCGS PR66CAM (CAC)

A VERY HIGH END coin! It is housed in an older blue tag holder as well.

Deep mirrors have a burst of energy only beaten by the sun. Th re are more lines on the holder than the coin. When you twirl the coin, the mirrors do have that luscious “watery” roll. The contrast is strong (this date is not known for its contrast). Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck and have strong frost. The eye appeal is fabulous!

PCGS 13, NGC 8, CAC 11. We’re pretty sure there are some dupes in those numbers. The last PCGS CAC Proof to sell via auction brought $6,169.00 01/2022. Back in 202, one brought $7,200.00 at auction.
