This coin is fabulous in every respect! Its hard to imagine a finer coin exists. The late Brent Pogue had one of the best eyes ever for coins and owned many remarkable pieces.
Everything about this GEM is amazing. We used a strong glass and looked all over and found ZERO flaws. Not even a tiny line or tick. A good cartwheel like luster can be seen all over. The obverse has totally original; GEM moderate colors of navy/purple/pale forest green. The reverse has gold/champagne/blue by the rims. Miss Liberty and every detail are needle sharp in strike and stand out. The eye appeal is super!
PCGS 3, NGC 2, CAC 2. PCGS has graded only 2 in M67+ (we think this coin be both). This sold in the worst of worst markets in 2020 in the Pogue sale. The vast majority of coins from that sale are realizing far more today. For sure this coin belongs in a top collection or box of 20!
