This is a wonderful fresh and frosty HIGH END GEM. Gotta LOVE the new CACG standards!
The surfaces are wonderfully clean overall. Only with a strong glass can you see one or two super light frost breaks. No question, this coin still has its “original skin” and has not been dipped or messed with. A strong luster beams from all over. Both sides are an even original gold color with faint greenish gold by the rims. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck and stand out. The eye appeal is terrific!
PCGS 293, NGC 6663, CAC 72. Do not be fooled by the pops, this date and grade does not appear as often as you think. There is no date premium attached either! Gold coins in GEM like this just seem too cheap right now. We like the value this coin represents.
