A wicked neat and hard to find coin.
Extremely deep mirrors have a lot of blast all over. The mirrors are super clean and have strong clarity. When you twirl the coin, the mirrors look like a freshly formed sheet of ice. Marvelous iridescent original colors of champagne/royal blue/gold/violet swirl all over. The contrast is strong. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and have thick creamy frost. The eye appeal is wonderful!
Only 912 were minted. PCGS 16, NGC 15, CAC 11. PCGS has graded only 2 coins in PR67+ Cameo with just 4 higher. There are no auction records for any + ever selling. The current Collectors Universe value is only $9,000.00. We think that is too low for a coin w/a pop of inly 2. Regardless, this is a great coin to add to a great Proof Barber Collection.
