1900 5C Nickel Liberty Head PCGS PR68 (CAC)

THIS COIN IS A SUPER STAR! We are pleased to have bought this phenomenal old friend back. It clearly is one of the BEST 1900 Proof Liberty’s that exists-and one of the VERY BEST Proof Liberty Nickels!

This coin has strong mirrors that beam all over. Even using a strong glass, you can see how delectably sweet and completely smooth and clean the surfaces are. The mirrors are also wickedly clear. Mother nature created a masterpiece of delicious original colors all over. Vivid and totally original shades of lilac/amber/pale blue/lime/pale violet/light pearl green swirl everywhere. There is pale contrast as well. Miss Liberty and the details are needle sharp in strike and have delicate frost. The eye appeal is heavenly awesome!

PCGS 3, NGC 1, CAC 4 (there is a resub some where). The last PCGS CAC piece to sell in auction brought $21,150.00 11/2018. We LOVE this coin and bought it really right. It will be a standout in any SUPERB GEM Proof Nickel set, box of 20, or Type set.
