1902 $2.50 Gold Liberty PCGS MS65 (CAC)

HIGH END for sure. We were going through a box of gold and this coin just stood out. We started thinking, when was the last time we saw any 1902 $2.5? We have not handled one in years.

This is a true GEM MS65. It is clean over all. The surfaces have a thicker satiny like texture. A strong luster beams from all over. There actually is a slight two tone effect from totally original gold/faint greenish gold colors. There are no spots or discolorations. Miss Liberty and the details are well struck. The eye appeal is beautiful!

PCGS 447, NGC 338, CAC 85. The last auction record for one selling is $1,080.00 in 2022. We forgot to mention, this coin is housed in an older blue tag holder. Nothing not to love here!
