1909-S $20 Gold St Gaudens Motto PCGS MS65+ (CAC)

It took us all of 3 seconds to LOVE this fantastic GEM! The quality is all there and then some.

Superior surfaces are super clean and smooth. Even using a strong glass there are no hidden issues to disappoint you (yes, there are a few TINY ticks). A thick satiny type unbroken luster beams from all over. Both sides are brilliant yellow gold-possibly from a light old dip. Miss Liberty and the details are well struck and are slightly frosty. The eye appeal of this piece is superb!

PCGS 394, NGC 214, CAC 23. PCGS has graded 19 in MS65+. This is probably one of the most UNDERvalued dates for the series. 23 PCGS CAC pieces is really nothing when the total pop is 413 (5.5%). We just paid OVER $30,000.00 for a PCGS CAC MS 66. We know we priced this coin very reasonable. The last PCGS CAC piece to sell in auction brought $16,200.00 11/2021.We do NOT frequently see these at all..
