We can’t say enough about this borderline PR 66 GEM. We fully rank it SUPER HIGH END! This coin is housed in a older blue tag holder.
Bold mirrors are super clean and have a powerful reflection. The mirrors also have strong clarity. When you twirl the coin, the mirrors do have a watery like roll. Both sides have shades of totally original pale blue/gold/green colors. There is good contrast. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and have strong frost. The eye appeal is exceptional!
Only 543 were minted. PCGS 31, NGC 30, CAC 10. The last PCGS CAC example to sell via auction was way back in 2020, That coin brought $2,280.00 back then. Forget the price guides, as none have traded in 6 years. Do know this coin has been off the market for at least 15 years! Good luck finding another (could not find any for sale on the systems either).
